- You can request to meet us virtually or in-person!
- We offer 30% discount for your first-time cleaning service.
- All pricing varies on service needed
Liability and Insurance
- We require at least 48-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.
- If you cancel within 48 hours notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions.
- Exceptions may be made for emergencies and/or illnesses. Numerous cancellations in an event of an emergency there will still be an incurring charge with a cancellation fee.
- Our cleaning hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm. If for any circumstance our staff is SENT AWAY or LOCKED OUT from your home between these hours, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 added to your cleaning rate.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to holidays or inclement weather conditions and we will guarantee 100% customer satisfaction by rescheduling the next available cleaning appointment.
BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE POLICY :
If asked to dust/clean delicate items such as China cabinets or hutches, antiques or valuable collections, or to use your equipment (e.g., vacuum), you agree release Home4U Cleaning from any liability. and/or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or compartment.
- We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason that we will avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items.
- Damage must be reported to our office staff by phone or email within 1 business day of service or Home4U cleaning may not be held liable.
- Home4U Cleaning cannot be responsible for damage due to improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
- Home4Ucleaning CANNOT refund customers for dissatisfaction of cleaning services. Home4ucleaners CAN return to complete the cleaning services to meet the needs of the customer. The customer must provide dissatisfaction of cleaning within 1 business day of scheduled cleaning.
- Home4ucleaning requires pictures/videos from customers that would like to proceed with a dispute.

Payments
Payments are made through Venmo and Zelle. We accept credit cards on Venmo payments only. Cleaners do not receive payment. Tips are accepted. Invoices will be sent to customer through e-mail and mail once cleaning is scheduled and confirmed. Payments must be paid before or on the day of the scheduled clean.
Late Fees
First time customers should make a refundable deposit of $100. If payment is not rendered within 1 business day of the clean, there will be a $25.00 late fee per day until full payment is made.
